Knowing the English names will help you to understand what other people are saying when in the kitchen as well as giving you the relevant vocabulary to understand recipes.

Kitchen utensils are small handheld tools used for food preparation. Common kitchen tasks include cutting food items to size, heating food on an open fire or on a stove, baking, grinding, mixing, blending, and measuring; different utensils are made for each task.

10.-Grater

The ramp begins to be known as the cheese grater.

11.-Pie plate-

He places 2 tablespoons of the Alfredo sauce mixture on the bottom of the pie plate.

12.-Salad spinner-

13.-Colander-

37.-Frying pan-

She fried the eggs in a frying pan.

38.-Pressure cooker-

The pressure cooker reduces the cooking time.

We chose a new cooker from the gas showroom.

40.-Casserole dish-

I need to buy a large casserole dish with a cover.
