Present Perfect Continuous Tense

1. Present Perfect Continuous Tense:-आज SSCGK आपसे Present Perfect Continuous Tense के बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा करेंगे।
   इससे पहली पोस्ट में आप Present Perfect  Tense के बारे में विस्तार से पढ़ चुके हैं।

Present Perfect Continuous Tense:-

Affirmative sentences

Subject + Has/Have + been +V1+ing+ Object

1. राकेश सुबह से क्रिकेट खेल रहा है।=Rakesh has been playing cricket since morning.
2. खुशी दो घंटे से रस्सी कूद रही है।=Khushi has been skipping for two hours.
3. पलक एक घंटे से गाना गा रही है।=Palak has been singing a song for an hour.
4. रोशनी दो घंटे से लूडो खेल रही है।= Roshni has been playing ludo for two hours.
5. वे सुबह से टीवी देख रहे हैं।=They have been watching on TV since morning.
6. किसान सुबह से खेत में हल चला रहे हैं।= The farmers have been ploughing in the fields.
7. सुबह से वर्षा हो रही है।=It has been raining since morning.
8. पिताजी सुबह अखबार पढ़ रहे हैं।= Father has been reading the newspaper since morning.
9. अध्यापक सुबह से बच्चों को पढ़ा रहा है।= The teacher has been teaching the students since morning.
10. नीलम सुबह से कपड़े धो रही है।= Neelam has been washing the clothes since morning.
11. माली एक घंटे से पानी पौधों में पानी दे रहा है।= The gardener has been watering the plants.

           12.अनिल सुबह से बैंक के फॉर्म भर रहा है।=  Anil has been filling the bank forms.

13. हम दो घंटे से नाच रहे हैं।=We have been dancing for two hours.
14. वह सुबह से पुस्तक पढ़ रहा है।= He has been reading the book since morning.
15. मैं पिछले 15 साल से बच्चों को पढ़ा रहा हूं।= I have been teaching the students for last fifteen years.

प्रेजेंट परफेक्ट कोंटीन्यूअस टेंस :-

Negative Sentences:-

Subject + Has/Have + been +V1+ing+ Object

Examples:-

1. राकेश सुबह से क्रिकेट नहीं खेल रहा है।= Rakesh has not been playing cricket since morning.
2. खुशी दो घंटे से रस्सी नहीं कूद रही है।= Khushi has not been skipping for two hours.
3. पलक एक घंटे से गाना नहीं गा रही है।= Palak has not been singing a song.
4. रोशनी दो घंटे से लूडो नहीं खेल रही है।= Roshni has not been playing ludo for two hours.

10. नीलम सुबह से कपड़े नहीं धो रही है।= Neelam has not been washing the clothes since morning.
11. माली एक घंटे से पानी पौधों में पानी नहीं दे रहा है।=The gardener has not been watering the plants

          12.अनिल सुबह से बैंक के फॉर्म नहीं भर रहा है।= Anil has not been feeling the bank forms.

13. हम दो घंटे से  नहीं नाच रहे हैं।= We have not been dancing for two hours.
14. वह सुबह से पुस्तक नहीं पढ़ रहा है।= He has not been reading the book since morning.
15. मैं पिछले 15 साल से बच्चों को नहीं पढ़ा रहा हूं।= I have not been teaching the students for last fifteen years.
