Past Perfect Tense:-
Affirmative Sentences:-
पहचान जिन वाक्यों के अंत में चुका था, चुके थे, चुकी थी आदि आए हों, तो वहां पर पास्ट परफेक्ट टेंस होता है तथा Subject के साथ सहायक क्रिया had और Verb की तीसरी फॉर्म का प्रयोग किया जाता है।
Subject+had+Verb 3rd form+ object
Examples:-
गाय घास खा चुकी थी।= The cow had eaten the grass.
किसान खेतों में हल चला चुके थे।= The farmer had ploughed in the fields.
वे कबड्डी खेल चुके थे।= They had played kabaddi.
वे शहर जा चुके थे।= They had gone to the city.
हम खाना खा चुके थे।= We had eaten the food.
हम बाजार जा चुके थे।= We had gone to the market.
वह खेत में जा चुका था।= He had gone to the field.
वह पाठ पढ़ चुकी थी।= She had read the lesson.
मैं ठंडे पानी से नहा चुका था।= I had bathed with the cold water.
मैं फल खा चुका था।= I had eaten the fruits.
Past Perfect Tense:-
जैसमीन दूध पी चुकी थी।= Jaismin had drink the milk.
रोशनी आम खा चुकी थी।= Roshni had eaten the mango.
स्नेहा गाना गा चुकी थी।= Sneha had sung a song.
नीलम बच्चों को पढ़ा चुकी थी।= Neelam had taught the students.
संतोष खाना बना चुकी थी।= Santosh had cooked the food.
दीपू चॉकलेट खा चुकी थी।= Deepu had eaten the chocolate.
लक्की आइसक्रीम खा चुकी थी।= Lucky had eaten the ice cream.
तन्नु चाय बना चुकी थी।= Tannu had made the tea.
सुमन कविता सुना चुकी थी।= Suman had recited the poem.
भीम लड्डू खा चुका था।= Bheem had eaten the laddus.
इंदुमती पतंग उड़ा चुकी थी।= Indumati had flown the kite.
जग्गू जंगल में जा चुका था।= Jaggu had gone to jungle.
पास्ट परफेक्ट टेंस:-
Negative Sentences:-
नकारात्मक वाक्यों में had के बाद not का प्रयोग किया जाता है।

Examples:-
गाय घास नहीं खा चुकी थी।= The cow had not eaten the grass.

प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य में Had को Subject से पहले लगाया जाता है।
